The seats are barstools. The front bar area is quieter than the show area, where the performances are. You'd still have to talk loud, in my opinion.

This is news to me. I'm one of the staff and I've only had 1 issue with a guest. He Yelp it and there was nothing that I could say. I wish that this individual would have expressed his concerns with me face to face. I'm a big boy and my feelings aren't fragile. Perhaps it would've been resolved that night. Our staff is amazing by being human we may have a bad day. I do understand it shouldn't be the guest problem. Have a fantastic day.
