Old equipment, dirty and staff that are basically there to take a nap. They close earlier some days then what’s clearly on the door. Don’t bother to join this old relic of a gym.

It's an inexpensive gym, but you get what you pay for. I don't have any complaints for this gym. They have everything for me. I don't need group exercises, pool, child care nor sauna. If you expect more, then go to LifeTime or Village.

This gyms a joke. Most of the machines, treadmills etc. are 10 pus years old. No one cleans the dusty machines. I told Cheri the front desk lady and she just looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. the personal trainers are a joke. Very inexpensive gym but you get what you pay for.

Great locaition, staff, and everyday gym goers but they could use some more modern equipment/machines. It would also be great if they stayed open a bit longer on Sundays.

I was just there tonight and got this information: Age 16 is the minimum to have their own membership. You can bring as a guest a teen as young as 13.

No.
I agree with Gregory, the staff will gladly answer any questions re billing. If the prepaid is a Visa or Mastercard or similar, I don't think that it's a prepaid presents a problem.
You can call any of the branches and they can give you a number for the department dealing with money and sales.
No but beware about ever wanting to cancel a membership or service like training from them. The fine print will get you and they will refuse to work with you.
