Where do I begin, it was awful in so many ways. I ordered two drinks and 50 munchkin donuts. They told me one price when placing my order then another price when I got up to the window to pay. Then I was handed a 25 count box of donuts and the lady told me all 50 were in there and I opened the box and started counting and there was about 32, she told me that there was 50 and I had to pull around and come in because I was holding up the line. Really, she basically told me I couldn't count and that they were right and I was wrong. Yes, I pulled around and went in and let her know I wanted my 50 donuts. She then proceeded to take the box given to me and got an empty box and started counting, out loud sarcastically, and take one donut out at a time and putting into the empty box. She was trying to degrade me in every way possible, Wow, I was right only 34 donuts. So she put extra in both boxes. So I ended up with 50 something, I guess. This is not how you resolve customer service issues. The manager/supervisor wouldn't address my issue. Well. By the time I got home, half the donuts were dried out and some mushed then the one coffee wasn't made correctly. I will be returning everything this evening and getting a refund! I will never ever come back to this store even though it's a half mile from my house. 😒😬

Went to the store and ordered using the app. Went through drive through to pick up. Was told they were out of the drink I ordered but fine I can go to another flavor. I also ordered 2 sandwiches and 1 donut. Was told that they couldn't get it to me as they didn't make food all day. And since I ordered through the app, I am going to have to call customer service to get a refund as they charged me for the full order. They wouldn't refund me at the store. Like, seriously!? You didn't even make any donuts for the day!? Avoid this store at all costs. Only have had problems here. Take the extra 15 min to go to the other Dunkin down the road.

This location is THE WORST! I go to many DD, it’s my favorite coffee on the go, but this location is terrible. Was so pumped that this one was opened up close to my house but I’d rather drive the extra distance for good service and better food. Every time I go here they mess up my order or tell me they don’t have food. They are rude. I understand that everywhere right now is understaffed but that is no reason to be rude. I got these donuts today, half the ones I wanted “they didn’t have in stock” honestly probably because they were too lazy to make them. And then we get these and they are very poorly iced and not very fresh. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

This is the worst Dunkin’ ever. I got bacon on my egg and cheese sandwich and my cheese is charred to my bagel! My sweet tea tastes like soapy water and they didn’t put any cream or sugar in my sisters coffee. They really were doing well for what seemed like a week and now they’re back to giving 0 effort. Usually they say they don’t have food when they simply don’t want to make it and this time I wish they did that instead of giving me something almost inedible. I will not be coming back until I hear they have hired better people. Smh.

customers are asked to wear masks if they go inside to order. the dining area inside is closed. the patio area outside is open. the drive thru is open and all employees wear masks and gloves at all times.

Do they have a sign on their drive thru saying 50% of our customers says we would should do dry cleaning instead of screwing up the simplest coffee orders?

🤦‍♀️🤣🤣😩 I know that feeling! They are fairly new. Still trying to get adjusted. The dunkin by deltona high was once like that. Hopefully they'll pull it together. They need a manager/supervisor, a leader there all day until it's functional. I only noticed a handful that know what their doing and they barely work them.
