For much of the time we were in our home I worked with Sonia K. I found that she always responds as quickly as she is able. I found her to be caring and compassionate when it was appropriate. If I rented from American Homes again I would love to have Sonia as the property manager again! I highly recommend her.

It’s been a rough time this year for many personal reasons for me and I went back and forth on whether I wanted to get this rental. I was worried I may have been a burden but everytime I called everyone was so nice and helpful. Our property manager, Sonya is SO sweet and easy to talk to. Just one phone call from her and I felt a lot better about our move. I hope our time here is stress free and by the looks of it right now, it seems like it’ll be okay 👍🏽

Probably not. Most rentals start about 1300$
I actually did sign the lease without seeing the house but the guy handling my application said if I didn't like it there wouldn't be a problem changing to a different property. Now I don't know about your situation or what you were told personally but that was my experience.
