It was a good car wash. Some areas missed inside but good job for the cost- $25. Fast!

Never go here, Paid $40 for them to clean my car and it looked the same when they got done.

Expensive and not worth the money. I paid over $30. I had to go back twice. They did not vacuum the trunk which I asked for them to do and they didn't vacuum in between the console or clean out the drink cup holder - which should come in the basic package. The cashier and the manager were both very unpleasant and it seemed a bother to them to take care of what I paid for 🙁 not going back.

Do not go here! Paid $40.00 for a run through under the "sprinklers" that the FL rains could've done better! The crew that is supposedly there to work on the interior of your car did not lift a finger!! I don't keep my car that messy to begin with so I'd know if the crew would've at least made one swipe with their rags/vacuums inside. Nope! Every single solitary spot/smear, piece of dirt, what have you, that I know was there on the seats, floor mats, carpets, interior, etc, before I left it in their hands, was still there. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied!! I even tipped before I got my car back to drive it away. Spent 2 hrs the next day detailing the inside of my car myself, something their team of 5 could've easily tackled in 10 mins. I was going to bring my car back in and ask either for a refund or a credit, but I accidentally threw away my receipt, so I assumed I would only get more grief in return. Plus I didn't feel like dealing with the rude woman at the front desk who can never seem to crack a smile and the obnoxious manager's attitude. Talk about customer service! What's the old saying?... If you want something done right, do it yourself. Always holds true. I've been coming to Naples car wash for about 1 year and my experiences keep getting worse, this being the last straw. Never returning again after this past episode.
