Joanne the manager here has horrible customer service, honestly I felt discriminated as soon as I walked in. It's really sad because it's the only time I have for myself, she was not only rude and loud but also denied looking at me when asking her a simple question. Not the only bad interaction here. I might be good facility but stay away from the staff!!

Im only a current member and not an employee of the club but that's a great question. I would ask the front desk. I do believe they have that program though.
New flooring (tile/luxury vinyl), cardio equipment with personal TVs, new locker rooms, pool and spa were resurfaced, new daycare center, new sales area, and cosmetic upgrades throughout!

Yes and it's very well maintained. They also have a sauna but do not have a steam room.
