I’m glad I made the switch from my old dental office to Dr Marcos and Bowman’s. Their Dental Hygienists are great, friendly and sweet. They know what they are doing and don’t lie to you regarding what work you REALLY need done. I hate needles based on a bad experience with the Dentists in the Navy and with Dr Marcos and Bowman’s staff, they really take care of you and make the experience a gentle and painless visit.

For the past 20 years, I have had a fear...more like a terror...of going to the dentist. But over the course of time, it became imperative I seek dental treatment. I actually tried another dentist several years ago - and never went back - so finding Dr Ortega last year was sort of a miracle for me! From my first encounter over the phone with the wonderful office manager, Julie, where I expressed my fears, she was so assuring and affirming, that I summoned the courage for my first visit which entailed x-rays (and initially even those were difficult for me). Jump ahead to Tuesday of this week, and I now have a beautiful smile - which included having 10 crowns installed without getting anything more than novocaine! The entire staff is truly wonderful and Dr. Ortega is very thorough in his explanation,s gentle in his care and his work is excellent!! If you are looking for a dentist - and staff - who truly care and listen and exceed your expectations, run don't walk to Dr Marcos Ortega!

I feel that I was very lucky to have been referred to Dr. Ortega by my tax preparer. He was very kind and professional. Also, his receptionist, Julie was excellent and extremely knowledgeable. But most of all the work that he performed on my teeth, which was to place permanent crowns on all of my teeth was immaculate! 🦷
