I had my first visit and everyone was very nice and professional. The office was very clean and I felt like I had a thorough check up and cleaning while feeling comfortable. The dentist was upfront and walked me through the whole appointment. I feel like she did a great job pointing out areas where I could improve my dental hygiene and what my next step and future steps could be. I didn’t feel judged or shamed for not flossing as much as I should or waiting too long between cleanings. The staff was super nice and I felt my comfort was very important to them. I also appreciated that I was able to sit and go over possible procedure costs with my insurance information so I could plan ahead as needed. While I have always hated the whole dentist experience, I felt like the whole appointment was well thought out and my comfort was a priority to everyone I interacted with. I have been to dentist in the past where I felt like it was an assembly line situation and I appreciated the individualized experience at Dental Design SD. I have my next appointment already schedule and will be back.

Love the staff and all their hard work! I brought my 3-year-old and we both had a recall appointment. Hygienist was thorough and super friendly. And my daughter is usually the hardest to get in the dental chair, she gets scared. But the dentist and staff did an amazing job of making her feel comfortable and she had fun! Skylar, was happy to visit as well :)!

I’m a relatively new patient of Dr. Agatep and have already found so much relief with my TMJ pain. I have seen many specialists over the years to help me with my chronic migraines that were once a daily occurrence. I have eliminated my masseter pain almost entirely already and am only 3 months into treatment.
