Daughter trained at the LA Fitness in Ahwatukee for the 2022 SO USA Games in Orlando. Courtney her personal trainer did a great job. This center is very clean, machines are maintained. Paper towels and cleaning spray is furnished for covid protection. The operations manager (Shay) is the best we have had since this facility has opened. We will continue to train here for years to come.

The air conditioning in the yoga room has been broke for at least 4 months. It's hot, and so loud from the portable units (2) they brought in. We can't hear the soothing music or the instructor. I go to yoga twice a week, and have never seen the floor clean. There's dirt, sweat, dust and even dead bugs on the floor we're doing yoga on. It's disgusting. The yoga instructor Carol is exceptional. I wish L.A. Fitness would get their act together. I hate to cancel my membership, and if it weren't for Carol, I would.

This gym is solid on clean and nice equipment. They have a respectable array of machines and services. Good size but on layout it begins to fall short. The whole second level is cardio equipment and about a quarter of the main. This has the gym very heavy on cardio machines but light weight lifting options. I found the staff to be hit and miss. The kids klub had some great employees. When we joined, we were not given a tour of the gym, which I felt was very unprofessional. The management did cancel the kids klub with no notice. We needed to fight with LA Fitness to be refunded for the membership we prepaid for.
