I had a great experience taking my guitar in for repair. They are busy so I can't say that it will be a quick turnaround but they answer their phone and are very friendly when you ask questions. My technician was very knowledgeable and helped explain what I might need to make my guitar sound it's best. After this experience, this is my go-to shop for all future repairs. Oh, and I don't live close to the shop at all so that should tell you something about the experience I had. When I find a good, friendly, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, helpful business it's a real treasure.

It could be several things. Your nut could be off. The nut could be cut too high and you are naturally pulling the string sharp. Or if you are pushing the string all the way to the fretboard, you could be pulling it sharp. Give Bob or Mick a call at the shop 813-304-2560
