I recommend this this place. Been going here a couple years or so. I thought the doctor made an issue with my medicines, but it was actually the pharmacy. So really I haven't had any issues with this place. It's one of the best and if you can find a good doctor try to hold on to them, because a good caring doctor is hard to find these days. Update July 2022 : Last post was from a few years ago, so I'm updating. Dr Hudak and Melton are the best. But can't seem to get through the phone service. Continuing calling trying to get refills on my medicines. I got a letter saying they called, when my phones been dry for months. Going months without refills being sent to my pharmacy. This is between who checks the messages or the Dr. Assistance I'm assuming. My health has gotten worse because of it 😕

Exceedingly unprofessional, staff is entirely unconcerned with patients' wellbeing and threatens criminal charges for calling repeatedly trying to sort out care arrangements. Dr. Melton was great, a pity that her office manager Carol is entirely impossible to work with. Avoid at all costs.

It's a total shame that Dr. Melton does not even know that her front staff is sending patients away. Lack of customer service. Disrespectful. Need to close for a day of training on customer service and cleaning for covid19. Melton is awesome. Her staff has become to comfortable in lacking the understanding that the patient is the reason I was there and that's how they are afforded to be there. Never again. Never again

This place is trying to kill my mom. She has been on medicine for pain and sleeping for over 15 year and now they are refusing to refill her meds and she not sleeping, eating, is in so much pain, crying nonstop. These people don't seem to care that they are hurting their patient that relays on them to take care of her. Horrible people
