I LOVE my Community! The thing that makes living at The Grove at Park Place great is the PEOPLE! Some of my favs are Kelsey, Miracle and Donnie. They create a warm environment that is professional, welcoming and fun. Today, I’m enjoying a milkshake from this months’ Resident Event - Make Your Own Milkshakes! Last month was a food truck and the month before we made Bullet Journals! Luxury Apartment living with a friendly attitude. Thanks for making it fun to come home!

Please don’t do it..first of all the staff at the leasing office are very incompetent and could careless about your living health and peace. They gave me an UNCLEANED apartment which had roaches and crumbs that I had to clean myself. The walls and carpet are super thin. They don’t do anything about noise complaints. If you tell them you don’t like the community they are quick to take your keys away. The outside is beautiful but inside isn’t. There are better places out there. Don’t waste your time or money.

Horrible place to live if you work. My neighbor plays his television the highest it can go all night long. I’ve complained too many times. They told me there’s nothing they can do about it.
