Yes. We have monthly Lunch and Learn events for CAMs and board members. We secure interesting speakers that will teach/share/discuss timely and pertinent subject matter. Most of the speakers offer continuing education credits for licensed CAMs. We also provide complimentary lunch. Please contact our office for details.

We offer complimentary SERVPRO Emergency Ready Plans (ERPs) for any association or board that uses our services. The properties managed by associations or boards that have completed ERPs on file with SERVPRO of South Sarasota receive priority dispatch in the event of a major storm or hurricane. SERVPRO Corporate will dispatch storm teams to our area that will be ready to begin services after First Responders have cleared the area.

Our ability to restore your furniture will depend on how heavily it was impacted, how long it remained impacted, and on the material(s) composition of the furniture’s construction. Non-porous materials can typically be restored. Porous materials can sometimes be cleaned at the surface level. Many times, the Contents coverage in an owner’s policy will allow for replacement of furniture that can not be restored appropriately or without damaging the item.

The drying process depends on many factors. Most dry outs will last about 3-7 days. Once the dry out is completed, we can move into the reconstruction phase of the project. The length of the reconstruction phase will depend on what portions of your structure or contents were damaged as a result of the loss. Our estimators will be able to provide a projected timeline when we present your estimate for reconstruction.

Yes. We have national relationships with almost every major carrier. It’s highly likely that we have worked with your insurance company before. Once you provide us with your claim number and contact information for your adjuster, your insurance company will allow us to help facilitate your claim’s process.

When mold testing is required to determine if mold remediation is necessary or when mold testing is required as a part of our mold remediation process, we will coordinate mold testing/mold assessment with a Florida Licensed mold assessor on your behalf. We can recommend strong companies or give pointers to help with your selection of a Florida licensed mold assessment company.

Yes. We are licensed Florida contractors (License# CGC1504870) and we offer full remodeling services for commercial and residential properties. Many of our clients choose to change or upgrade cabinetry, vanities, counter-tops, flooring, paint colors, etc. when they have experienced damage from a loss. We can absolutely conduct those same changes or upgrades when NO LOSS has occurred.

Yes. We are a Florida Licensed mold remediation company (License# MRSR 3181) and offer both commercial and residential mold remediation services. While each SERVPRO franchise is independently owned and operated, we all subscribe to a ‘One-Team’ philosophy. Yes, we accept all insurance claims. Each of our clients who uses an insurance claim is assigned a Project Coordinator to help them process their claim from start to finish.

We cannot enter the property until the fire department officials deem that it is safe, but we can be on-site with you immediately so that we can begin the process as soon as possible.

The costs of your restoration will be dictated by the scope of work required to make your property “Like it never even happened”. We will carefully prepare your scope of work and upload those line items into Xactimate. Xactimate is a pricing software used by most top insurance carriers. The program’s pricing is regulated by the insurance industry. The pricing is based upon your geographic region and is updated monthly. We DO NOT control or set this pricing. Once we upload your required scope of work into Xactimate, the pricing software will dictate pricing and allow us to prepare an estimate based upon that pricing.

We do not offer asbestos testing or treatments. We will coordinate our scope of work around your asbestos abatement contractor to ensure smooth transition from the completion of any asbestos testing/treatment work to the beginning of our work.

Yes. Subject to credit worthiness, we can coordinate financing for your restoration, reconstruction or remodeling project up to $65,000. Please contact our office to learn current rates and terms. Typically, rates can be as low as 9.99% with payment terms as long as 96 months with no prepayment penalty.

This is a great question and oft times a part of the remediation and claims process. We will be able to help facilitate this process. Your insurance company is most likely referring to the Contents coverage in your policy. Handling Contents claims and conducting Contents cleaning/evaluation is a part of our restoration services.
