I used to love coming here, but now it seems there is always an issue. The women at the front desk are extremely rude. The last time I called to make an appointment, one of the ladies answered the phone, but instead of speaking to me, she continued her conversation. As soon as I spoke up and tried to make my appointment, I was told to “hold on,” as she again continued her conversation about non work related drama, I’m sure she thought I was on hold, but I was not. Today I arrived early to my scheduled appointment, and upon check in I was told that my appointment was cancelled and that they called numerous times and left a voicemail trying to reschedule. I didn’t have any missed calls, no voicemails, and my number on file is correct. As someone who works in the medical field, I can honestly say I am extremely disappointed in this behavior.
