They are conveniently located if you are in the north strip area: Stratosphere, Westgate (formerly the Las Vegas Hilton), SLS (formerly the Saharan), Hilton Grand Vacations, and maybe Circus Circus are in walking distance. The monorail stops nearby also.
Anybody 21 and over can purchase the THC, and CBD is legal for all. Just make sure to have proper ID that is valid. They only deliver to non casino hotels in Las Vegas. You can call ahead, and have them prepare your order, and come in and pick it up. Or, you can have them deliver it to you for free, if you are at a residence or non gaming hotel that's not at City Center.

No delivery to hotels but uber and taxis are under $10 to certain locations by the strip Acres, Blum, Reef, Releaf, Oasis but any dispensary will have oil for your needs
