When I started this position I was told I was going to be working from home permanently due to covid someone and so forth. And then the city opened back up a little bit and they called people back into the office I requested not to be sent back to the office for my own personal reasons. Shortly after, my fiance and I got sick for a month with covid. He had to be hospitalized. The day I was able to return back to work my fiance had died the day before so naturally, I requested again to be sent home to work from home I was denied and in doing so it affected my attendance a few months later I was terminated because of it and then denied my unemployment benefits as far as I'm concerned sitel communication is ineffective and lacking the promises made to their employees are false. I absolutely hated working there. And contemplated putting a bullet in my head every single day. No compassion for their employees what so ever🖕🏾🤬

This is horrible I’m on a leave got an excuse from doctor stating I can work 5 hours it’s funny I get no response from coach or HR are company is bad with communication it’s ridiculous no response no one answers at all it’s crazy I’m supposed to be back at work not understanding this at all…

I was placed on suspension after being sick and in the hospital for a couple of weeks a couple of times. They told me it was because I said a curse word and they had to review the calls to make sure that it would take at least 5 business days. It's been 3 weeks and no one returns the call or emails. I am supposed to keep in touch with them, which I have an no one responses. I know I didn't say a curse word, they said that they forwarded it to USAA corporate office. How long is someone supposed to wait
