We stayed for over a week and it is truly a great option to stay near the strip. The staff, amenities, systems, maintenance, etc were as good as it gets. Then Honestly it is a bit pricey. We expect to be back in the area and checked out the 5 other RV Camp Grounds we could find as another option. Forget 3 of them, the 2 closest to LVMC were not bad but still had a few rough aspects to them. I had hoped to find a better “value” but with what “……we’ve seen going on in Vegas over the past 10+ years” we realize LVMC is really the only option for us.

It's not by the foot, it depends if you want a standard site or one with a build out such as palapas, grill, bar, sink and TV. More amenities, the more they charge per site. Ask for site #70!
It depends on if you want a buildout or a regular lot.
No they only accept Class A
So only Motor Homes? Are travel trailers allowed? It's s newer trailer
Sorry, it's for class A Motorcoachs only. The oasis allows travel trailers and is a nice place.
I have 9 year olds. Well behaved mind you. They have never had any issues here and there are other kids as of a week ago. It is an upper scale park.
It was about 185.00 a night.
Rates vary by lot level and season. The website has all of the information you need to determine price of your stay.
Change machine in each of 4 laundry rooms.
Yes can be stored out front over night for 1-2 days or in a storage lot on grounds.
Monthly is $1900 - $2300 depending on site. Slightly less in off season. (June thru September)
They have the storage for you trailer but if you want to stay in the resort you have to be in a Class A motorhome
There is no shuttle service. It is a 10 minute drive to the strip, which is very easy to get to without taking major streets. And of course, Uber Lyft and such pick you at the entrance of the park.
It does depend on the lot and the available upgrades to the lot. The grounds are amazing so the day to day rental can be higher than some RV parks. It remains a very good value. Without being specific and without knowing what amenities you require (separate bath/shower, outdoor kitchen, TV access, etc) my value pricing shopping would suggest the monthly cost is very reasonable. You could not get a comparable apartment or condo for the same cost. There are obvious differences with outdoor amenities and a typical condo with indoor amenities, and the cost associated with your specific Coach no matter where it is docked. I found the costs to be less than 80% of the cost of a comparable Apartment/Condo, not including your Coach costs.
They do monthly rentals and depending on the lot it's starts around $1950 a month up to $2400 a month, plus electric.
This resort only allows Class A motorhomes.
