Is this a 10 year or newer b.s. park or are they decent and let anyone with a older but well kept up rv in?

Sultan, if your coach looks good and is a Class A, they will let you in. If it is the Partridge family Bus, don't bother. There are coaches 20 years old there that still look nice. If you have pride in ownership, you will be fine.
