It does depend on the lot and the available upgrades to the lot. The grounds are amazing so the day to day rental can be higher than some RV parks. It remains a very good value. Without being specific and without knowing what amenities you require (separate bath/shower, outdoor kitchen, TV access, etc) my value pricing shopping would suggest the monthly cost is very reasonable. You could not get a comparable apartment or condo for the same cost. There are obvious differences with outdoor amenities and a typical condo with indoor amenities, and the cost associated with your specific Coach no matter where it is docked. I found the costs to be less than 80% of the cost of a comparable Apartment/Condo, not including your Coach costs.
It depends on the site. The best thing to do is contact the office directly to get the most accurate information. The lots here are owned by folks and the office does the renter pool based of the lot and the amenities on the lot.
