Horrible company to work for they don't care about their employees, they lie to their employees, and they do retaliation at this company when you speak up and say when they are doing something wrong to you. They try to find a reason to just fire you. I'm definitely going to be getting legal advice in this company because they are absolutely wrong. Also remember anybody who tries to work here if you have a set schedule with them here they'll try to make you work on your days off last minute and if you don't show up they'll try to fire for attendance even if you requested that off in advance. Management gets treated way better than employees.

Horrible place to visit and to work. Main entrance is closed. Also they hire people just to tell them they lost the contract and force them into different positions. Staff is unknowledgeable. Not worth the waste of time

Very unprofessional. We work in no air condition its either hot or freezing. Nothing works. HYGIENE IGNORED. Favoritism and nepitism is rampid. Problems with pay issues almost every pay. Horrible place to work. You have to chase down help or assistance with ANY issue.

I disagree with Jamie, but maybe thats what she experienced. I'll say, I seriously doubt you guys have worked that long, with that many coordinators to say "all job coordinators". We should be fair in that regard. I like that you had no problem calling Jean out. That's good, maybe we will hear from her here. DesShon, Jean doesn't represent the whole of TTEC. But TTEC is like every company, in this regard.There are good and bad employees in EVERY company. I reviewed TTEC from my personal experience with them. I found that the majority of coordinators and all personell that I encountered, went above and beyond, in all endeavors. I hope you are still employed, because I want you to experience what I experienced. Give them a chance. They same chance you would want, if a caller asked, are all the people that answer the phone at TTEC rude? Look to disprove that. I guarantee you will find that the majority, naturally reflect positive energy, understanding, genuine empathy, and cconcern
