I would discuss with a doctor what would be best when it comes to discontinuing opioids. However, I worked with my pain management doctor and after getting off the opioids found significant Releaf from cannabis without the side effects. Releaf has their current menu on weedmaps, though. I'm not sure anything will help with the initial withdrawals without help from a doctor, though. Best of luck to you, though.
