Only if you have a valid doctor's recommendation for a MMC. Nevada does take some out of state MMCs, so if you have one, verify that Nevada accepts your state and you can purchase medical marijuana. For recreational purposes you must be 21 or older in all states that offer recreational marijuana.
You can be 18 IF you have a doctor's recommendation and ID. If not, 21, but still with ID.
