Yes there are some areas designated specialy for horse trailer parking the bad news is that you can ride you horse just anywhere, please for more information about this please call The BLM Rangers or better yet visit the fish Gaming & Wild life office at Decatur & Vegas Drive

Yes. There is a separate parking lot for trailers near the exit of the loop road. You don't need to drive the loop to access it.
