One of the worst experience, the machine just broke down.they waste our time.

It was mostly okay, but I was with my mother who had an appointment. We marked she was there 30 mins early as requested, and we were waiting for over an hour. We went and asked what was up and they had marked as already seen and in the imaging room. She was not and the desk worker actually said that they forgot about her. I find that extremely rude and unprofessional. You should never tell a patient she's forgotten. And they did not apologize. My mother is very nice and would never complain, but I find that very very terrible to say to someone who needs medical care. She did say once she was taken back the staff was great, however I am very unhappy with that interaction.

Good Morning Mr. Ramos, Steinberg Diagnostic is a outpatient radiology facility. We perform imaging, we do not perform lab work. I believe you are looking for an outpatient lab facility and I don't believe you need an appointment for that.

Hi Ms. Smith, Unfortnuately, we do not accept walk ins for mammograms at any of our locations. An appointment and a physician's referral is needed for a mammogram. You can make an appointment by calling 702-732-6000 and select the prompt for scheduling. Thank you!
