I really appreciate the high level of professionalism and care that I've received here. I've been here twice, once for fluoroscopy and again for a CAT scan. (since they have a 24-hour emergency clinic, the CT machine is always operational and I had a routine scan at 8am on a Sunday!). You should have an appointment for any non-emergency scans. The waiting room and all patient-areas were clean and well-lit. Special shout-out to Kayla, one of the techs, who was exceptionally compassionate during a stressful time.

Waited over 40 minutes to schedule an appointment. Staff are unprofessional and I've yet to have a positive experience with Southwest Medical.
