A very scenic drive, makes you want to get out and explore!
We drove but stoped at every stop allowed (parking spots ) and got out and walked around, took pics, etc and moved to next scenic stop ... such a beautiful place !!!!
You can do both..
You can just drive through the scenic for 13 miles. Or you can stop and appreciate the view. It a choice to hike too in some area.
There's a nicely brand new paved road that takes you through the whole park approximately 13 miles
It's a wonderful drive all the way through
