It loops around by car and there are places to park along the 13 miles of the road. Plus lots of hiking trails and places bvb to climb.

Try to get there as early as possible. Even on weekdays the most popular trails fill up and there is no parking. Because it is a one way loop, you can't just go ahead and then backtrack either. You have to go all the way around the loop.
The Grand Circle trail is 11.8 miles. There also is a 6 mile hiking loop trail starting from the White Rock TH. And from the visitor center it's possible to do a short loop approximately 3 miles long to the First Pullout.
