I bought my tires at Bill Collins, they shopped for local discounts. Compared pricing with Walmart and Goodyear. They Would match advertised price. I bought better tires cheaper than expected. It's worth checking them out. See for yourself.
Well, if there's a warranty and it's an exchange the tire should be free. You may have to pay for labor. If there is no warranty I would recommend going to a tire specialty store, like discount or belle.

Dealer tires are usually higher than going to a tire shop that deals mainly with tires. Higher overhead.
