I took my 2016 Ford Fusion in for 8 recalls. The service advisor said they needed about 3 days. I asked that they call me on the 3rd day and let me know status. I got no phone call and the next 2 days were the weekend.I called the next 2days and they gave me the service advisor voice mail. I left voice mail both days and got no calls. I then asked for the service manager and they gave me his voice mail, so I left him a message and he called me later that day and said they were going to pull it in service area after lunch. I said don't bother I was coming to pick it up. After 8 days all they had done is ONE recall. I was in shock.

I'm a truck driver from Louisiana. This company can't fix ford cars.! They kept my ford edge for months, days. All my car did was run hot. They were to change my thermostat. My car ran hot three time after taking it back to them. Last time I took it back. The said my car is not able to be driven. Now I have to figure out how to get home to Louisiana. Ford all the money I spent and you all crashed my engine from pressure test. Someone has to pay. Tony Perry is a lier and Jason Roney.! I want my money back

Very disappointed with the lack of efficiency associated with the customer check in process. Why it is necessary for the representative to make a personal visit to the customer's vehicle to acquire information such as mileage is ridiculous when in my case, I knew the current mileage. The individual appeared to lack organization and the time wasted on his activities contributed to taking at least 15 - 20minutes per customer to be checked in. I was there for over 3 hours versus 2 at the most in previous visits plus it was a Friday morning. Other than this problem, the service from the shop, especially by Mr. Southard was outstanding.

Didn’t call back when told they would, didn’t fix car in time frame promised.
We repair Ford, Lincoln, and Nissan vehicles and our collision department can repair any make and model.

I have bought 3 F-150's here over 20 years. I asked for a loaner on a recall repair, was told no loaners for recalls. Said repair would take 2 days. Called 9am on 2nd day, was told they got parts in, shold repair and be back by afternoon. What the hell was the first day for, just to inconvenience me more? Might be time to switch teams!

They dont take appts. Expect to be there 1.5 to 2 hrs any given day for an oil change

I bought my tires at Bill Collins, they shopped for local discounts. Compared pricing with Walmart and Goodyear. They Would match advertised price. I bought better tires cheaper than expected. It's worth checking them out. See for yourself.
