Having big problem with Byerly Service. We actually bought our car from them and purchased the extended warranty. Our car is now broke and has been for over 6 weeks, have been in twice since and they still cannot fix it and admit that it is broke, not shifting properly and leaking fluid. They stated they do not have the time right now to fix the problem they think it is. They stated they would call us back when they get the time to look at it. Its a transmission problem, at times not safe to drive, but its our main source of transportation. We have talked with the service counter manager, transmission manager and the actual head service manager who all admit its broke but still they also admit they do not have the time right now to fix it. They said they should be able to get it in the shop in November. They state they are just too busy and have a backlog of broken cars to get to first. Up to now, we have been very pleased with Byerly, actually came from across the river passing multiple other Ford dealerships just to buy from them. This is crazy. Obviously, very upsetting.

Hi, you will need to speak to Service on that particular issue. I am Sales and I can't verify their process. Did you set an appointment?

The phones were down for a short period on Monday morning. They were back by approximately 9:30am and have been fine since then.
You should use 5w20 motorcraft synthetic blend motor oil. You can get it at Wal-Mart. Check with a dealer
