You need to call first
Call Byerly, it's probably something in the charging system. Call Byerly before you tow there, otherwise your vehicle may sit there for days.
You should contact them for sure.
You probably have a dead battery. Have you tried jump starting it or charging the battery? A starter is a very simple job that doesn't affect anything else. So if the starter is spinning the engine and the engine isn't starting you have another problem. Or if the starter isn't spinning at all and nothing works in the car, you have a dead battery. It's possible the starter is bad but unlikely. If everything works in the car but the starter doesn't spin, then that's probably the issue, which would be covered under the starter warranty at byerly. I would check those things first before having it towed anywhere.
Yes I would contact them and let them know
