Their error makes it so difficult to shop at Macy’s. I just wanted to use a gift card I had gotten several years ago and it was a confusing mess! I was on the phone trying to get it straight.

If you're looking for something by that brand, in particular, then call the store and press the number for fragrances and they will get you to the right person that can tell you what they have in stock before you waste time going there if they are sold out. 👍🐝👍

Go to the person at a return register by the door that faces Shelbyville Road and ask for the manager on duty, then tell the manager what you need so they can help you by walking you over to the shoe department to handle your needs. It's the only way to get the help you need in an efficient manner.

You'll more than likely will have to go to Macy's website , to see if they do or don't carry them . But also check out other websites , that other stores may carry them.
