Over the years I have lived in many different apartment communities this is hands down the best experience I have had. The business manager and leasing office have all been incredibly friendly and helpful in addressing every concern/question I've had. Any maintenance issues have been addressed within 24hrs and without any hassle. If I ever need anything fixed Doug gets there extremely fast and does a great job and he is very personable. In my opinion management also does a great job keeping the community clean, safe and well maintained. All and all this is by far the best community I have lived in and I plan on staying here for as long as I can! I definitely recommend living here :)

I lived here almost 3 years and it was a nightmare. The upkeep of the apartments is almost nonexistent. The bushes were trimmed once the entire time I lived there. Vacant apartments were left unlocked and a fire occurred in one of the buildings that was vacant. The entire building burnt down. I have never experienced such a lack of professionalism and lack of empathy in my life. I was honestly afraid to get on their bad side due to the retaliation I saw first hand. Do not involve yourself with these people.

We've been at Summerwood townhomes (Yeager community) for almost a year now and have had a great experience. Carpet, fridge and dish washer were brand new when we moved in (2020) The basement can get smelly from moisture, but we put damprid down there and it's fine! We can't even notice an odor anymore. No issues with neighbors, maintenance is quick and efficient and staff is always friendly. We plan to stay and save money until we can afford to buy our dream home.

I recently moved into the Yeager Communities Park Village Townhomes. The staff and ownership of Yeager Communities has from the very beginning been wonderful. My roommate and I had a very tight moving deadline and they renovated our new townhome in record time. There were a few initial fit and finish issues but the Yeager Communities maintenance department rectified them quickly and very competently. The new renovations are very nice and accentuate the very efficient and comfortable floor plan. The dual master bedrooms with attached bathrooms are a treat! The surrounding neighborhood is very quite and calm. The location allows for rapid access to 315 and 270 via Hard Road making our commutes a breeze. In short highly attentive management, great location, and wonderful layout make for a great deal!
