My time at Cardinal Creek was great! I only lived there for one year, but I would’ve stayed longer if it wasn’t far from my job. The maintenance is great, one of the guys in particular, Shawn, puts in a lot of effort. He shows up quickly and goes the extra mile to make sure you have what you need. And the front office is so considerate of the tenants, especially Artica. She makes sure tenants are updated on community events that everyone can get involved in and take their kids along, too. This is a good and stable place to be. People look out for one another and they’re really trying to bring to community together.

When we first moved in the community was struggling a lot. It was at the beginning of the pandemic and there were several tenants that were causing issues in the neighborhood. Once they got rid of the old property manager and the new crew started running things the complex has changed a TON for the better. They keep the tenants updated, maintenance is always quick to take care of any issues and they started hosting events to try and help the neighbors become close with each other. It was the first apartment that my wife and I rented together and we are very thankful that we were able to meet and become close with an amazing front office staff who actually cares about the community. It is affordable, spacious and people actually look out for each other.

I love it, I have no problems in my area and the neighborhood is nice no trash and the grass is always cut. My apartment is great!!

I've been out here renting since 2013 my experience has been outstanding a plus..The office ladies are very helpful and resourceful when it comes to the community. Ms.Artica the office manager shows love to the community by having little gatherings for the holidays to help in the community. I Appreciate the maintenance guys they are always available.
