I have been in park trails for a few years, the apartments are pretty, but when it comes to getting maintenance done, you can go from waiting weeks to months before anybody will come in to do anything, and it's always somebody's working by myself are not enough staff it's always something some reason why you can't get your maintenance request and done in a timely matter.I was told, just move, first of all moving is expensive and if I'm paying my rent, why would your answer to why I am upset that I'm not getting my maintenance request done is to just move the object is to keep tenants in the apartment, because then the apartment complex would be losing money if its nobody in there. All I want is to be happy in my apartment with everything working and running smoothly. Supposed to be living my best life, I shouldn't have to worried if my toilet is going to overflow again, that has been messed up the whole time. I've been here because I have another one that not to worry about it. Water has leaked so much in so many times that paint is chipping off of the base boards, a mildew, smell, vents have not been cleaned dust all on the ceilings and stuff, because the vent, and filters and vents haven't been cleaned in years. 😡😡😡

After reading these reviews. I was hoping it was wrong as far as the service goes. I have been a property manager before for several years and i have never ran into service like this before. Smh. Toshann (i believe her name is) very rude and unprofessional. I write everything down when i speak to someone to make sure when i do speak to someone else. I can tell them what was discussed with me and the other person. I love it when i and the other lady gets called a liar. All because she said something wrong to me. I really liked this place and i really wanted to move here, but its okay. The reviews have said the service with the leasing people in there are terrible and the reviews are right. I have witnessed it myself in person and over the phone. I didnt get rude with her not once. I will find a way to write the owner.

The property management Andra is very rude and I'm professional should be fire immediately I am filing smalls claim because of he unprofessionalism and causing displacement refusing to acknowledge he wrong doing and cares about no one or there circumstances not a good fit for property and property is turning for the worst please do not move into these apartments until new management is appointment don't fall for the act that they put on when signing contract
