Buildings are decent. Patty and Amber are great. I paid on time every single month. I also paid month to month premium. Bills on time. Returned apartment in excellent shape. They charged me $100 off of my deposit for literal small pieces of paper. Temporary parking passes that fall apart. I returned the important permanent passes. One. Hundred. Dollars. For literal printed paper that has no meaning other than temporary parking. They charged me less to clean the carpets than these literal worthless pieces of paper. THIS on top of the garbage spilling out of the dumpster onto the parking lot. The constant raiding of people's cars and trucks, zero enforcement of noise complaints, endless fire truck sirens... I could go on.

I wanted to update my review now almost a year after living here. I still really love it here, still pretty quiet and neighbors are kind and courteous. Patty and Amber have been great to work with. They have been receptive to tenant requests and making updates (new visible building signs with apartment numbers), echelon bike now in gym etc., Friendly office staff. I chose Andover Park because of the great location to shops and freeway, close to work etc. , I was looking for a place that already had a washer and dryer included instead of worrying about an added fee each month or having to hook one up, dishwasher, and garages. Not only did Andover have all of these things but the apartments are clean, spacious and nice. Walls aren't paper thin. Nice gym and pool, coffee area etc, and in my opinion these are the best/newest apartments with the most amenities for the price in Columbus. I do recommend living here still and will probably stay here for a few more years till I decide to get a house. I still think Andover has some work to do as far as maintenance goes. Not enough staff or equipment. For example, in the wintertime there was a large snow/ice storm and the sidewalks were maybe salted one time. There was a period of 4-5 days where the sidewalks for the breezeway were very dangerous full of snow and icy and the residents were the ones shoveling snow to clear the sidewalks because the maintenance's one shovel broke. IMO that is unacceptable. I'm from Michigan and maintenance people had sidewalks cleared before it even finished snowing. I get it, it doesn't snow as much here. But this is a HUGE safety issue and liability for the complex especially there are handicapped and older folk living in the complex and if they were to slip and fall because of this it would be a huge issue. I'm hoping this can be addressed for the future. I do know that staff are receptive to feedback and have been making updates/changes and I appreciate that. ------- I moved in in June of 2021, everyone at the front office has been helpful and friendly, Iove the coffee machine gym and pool tables in the clubouse. I have a 2 bedroom on the first floor and the apartment is beautiful and spacious, the location is great. I do feel as though I don't have a ton of privacy but I chose first floor for convenience so that's on me.. I do wish there were more green spaces but I suppose that is out of their control as well. I have not had any problems such as car break-ins either for myself or my family who have visited me etc but others have had issue with this. This area of columbus in general seems to have more issues with theft etc not specific to the apartments itself. I have not had an issue with noisy neighbors. I have stayed in worse apartments where you can hear everything. I did have my a/c go out in July and it took a week to fix. I believe the maintenance people are short staffed- there is also poor communication between the maintenance and front office about service issues and what is happening. Overall though I am happy with my choice. I still would recommend this place if you're looking for a place to live.

Andover Park is the best ever place to live, especially in apartments! The office staff Belinda, Patty, and Amber are the best, most compassionate and caring people I’ve ever known! They plan fun monthly activities . Along with monthly giveaways. They care about the person and not just about renting apartments! And their even great at that ! The apartments are so beautiful and I love the color of the walls, carpet, and painted accent walls. Our electric bill hasn’t been bad, better than the past places we’ve lived. The property has great amenities like; a swimming pool, theater room, gym, monthly activities and parties, and a Starbucks Coffee, Chai Latte, Hot Chocolate and Tea machine in the lovely and inviting Community Room. I love living here❤️ Come and check them out!

I have lived here little over a year. I really enjoy the management and how clean they keep the property. I usually try to come to office once a week to pickup my packages and just talk to the two pretty ladies. I plan on living here for quite awhile. Hope all newcomers enjoy there new home here. 🥸
