This apt is something else I would not recommend ever living here so disappointed in the office and staff

RENTERS BEWARE I lived on the second floor and after having countless comments to the office about the upstairs neighbors and I have multiple kids running around day and night without parental supervision and jacking up the price $50 each time you renew your lease for single working individual it becomes too much. The pros the maintenance are always available to fix your problems Tom is amazing and deserves a raise. Yes they spray for preventative measures and change your air filters and tow of cars that are non-working but after 3 years of us living there you got tired of our complaints about the children being ignored also if you plan on moving out make sure you give a 30-day notice so they don't try to charge you for an extra month of rent

I just resigned my lease going into my 3rd year here, so I thought I would leave a review. This place has been nothing but great to me. I see a ton of negative comments, about things that are honestly really silly. Things such as loud neighbors, mowing the grass at 8am, “coming into your apartment every month”, etc. So I would like to comment on them. The Management team has maintenance and a pest control company come in every 3 months. They give you a notice a week in advance, letting you know that they will be coming in. They replace your air filter, and spray your apartment to prevent bugs. The loud neighbors and mowing the lawn at 8am, isn’t something that deserves a negative review left. If you’re going to complain about loud noises, maybe living in an apartment isn’t the right option for you. With that being said, if you are considering living here, I honestly highly recommend it. I have never had an issue with anyone being rude to me, and if I have ever had an issue with anything in my apartment the maintenance team comes and fixes it. Not to mention the location is great, along with the price. 😊

Can you guys please pretty please stop sending people to cut the grass at 8 o’clock in the morning? I work late at night I need to sleep in the morning. The machine they using to cut the grass is not a quiet machine. Can they do it at another time. I’m sick and tired of hearing this noise.
