Has anybody else been fighting with management to have maintenance issuses addressed? I've been tryin to have my furnace that keeps going out replaced since 2015. Here it is 2018 and I still don't have any heat!!!

I only been here a year and I'm over it the maintenance is terrible the office staff is as well

I've already called corporate. They finally got the new furnace. And left it in my living room. Still no heat & IT'S 42 DEGREES!!!! The maintenance SUPERVISOR (Corey) told me he's puttin a fuel pump in his truck. So I said I don't understand why no one thinks me having heat is important. & his reply (The Maintenance SUPERVISOR Corey) was Me having a truck is important 😕.

It’s 2021 and I see people are complaining about the same stuff from 3 years ago (Corey) and the stuff are more focused on relationship with the tenants and focused on there car’s NOTHING gets fixed (Corey) is the only maintenance guy every week you will fine the trash out in the street however just about every office worker live on the property and there home is well maintenance and taken well care of sad part is the apartments are nice if they would just keep them up but you have to fight so much with the woman in office that it’s sad

I would definitely contact corporate they should have a number on the website. I'm literally over here going crazy with my neighbors forgetting they have neighbors ugh
