I give no stars. I paid $170 for an application fee online. I have called everyday and left messages to every number Skyview has along with messaging corporate. No response. I applied on 9/1/22. On 9/16/22 I stopped by the office and "Lexi" said I was missing a paystub for the date of 9/2/22.(a day after I applied) I was told if I had my paystub turned in by 3pm on 9/16/22 I would have an approval before 5pm. I never received a call. I called again and left voicemails all week until Saturday 9/24/22. I Then had a missed call from Skyview and a message saying they had good news and to call back. I called back 2 minutes later and no answer. Here it is 9/30/22 and I still have no contact if I was approved or denied. Do not apply for this place. Its a terrible location collecting application fees and not responding to customers.

New management, Great landlord…everyone in the office is very helpful. Get work orders done quick for your place. Everything such as stores are also close and not too far. Management has patience and will work with you.

I wish I can give 0 stars, I've been here for 2 years and have had plenty of issues. I got a 1 month extension due to apartment units not being available, now mid July are some of the earlier projections. I asked for one more month but am being denied, so they can renovate the apartment. At this point they are not even hiding the gentrification and I may be homeless for elements out of my control while I am frantically searching for a unit. Please move anywhere else. The management will view you as a number, not a person. The maintenance staff is laughable as well, they barely fix anything and will leave your house a mess when they're done.

The management at SkyView Townhomes have been excellent whenever I've had the opportunity to meet with them. Kelly, Izaak and Lexi have been extremely professional and caring, responding to all my needs and the needs of the community. Fantastic team, and a great place to live.

They changed the hours. 10am to 6pm .
The tenant pays gas and electric. You can pay an additional $15/month to Skyview and you'll receive basic cable through spectrum. The only thing included is water.
