I have been here since i’ve moved out on my own, so about 3 years now. The newest management team has been nothing less than amazing! Repairs getting f taken care of same day, if not same week! They have made the complex look even better than all the years I have been here within the same week of us finding out they were our new management. The staff is amazing and lovely! Help you with you any needs and questions with manners! I am excited to continue to reside here and look for all the even better and great things to come!

I have been calling this location over and over during a weeks time period. No one picks up the phone, no answering machine. I even went to the location and no one there. Horrible management, no customer service. Imagine how things would be if one moves in.. smh

When I met Mrs.Patty the property manager she was very nice and seemed very understanding if the fact that I was pregnant and trying to get my life in order before my son arrived . I returned days later to pay her a $50 "application fee" ( which I waited over 2hours on her to come from Morse at another property ) and gave her paystubs that proved i made over 3x's the rent , she told me it would be back with an answer within 24 hours . I waited 72 hours to call her back & I did not receive an answer . I then called her personal number ,i got from one of the maintenance workers , she answered and told me she still hadn't gotten my application back . A week later I call her personal number again after telling her my name SHE HUNG UP ON ME! I tried calling back NO ANSWER! Called back 2 weeks later and she told me she did get the application back and she would call me when she had it in hand . Waited 48hours and called back NO ANSWER, so i left her a message stating i just wanted to know if it was approved or denied and if it was denied i wanted proof . This was the most stressful situation I had to deal with my entire pregnancy . The stress drove me into early labor I had my son 2 1/2 weeks early . I do not recommend anyone moving in to stonegate Mrs. patty is very unprofessional and inconsiderate!!!
