I am having a terrible time returning a large area rug . Each person either keeps me on the line 40 minutes or gives me another number to call. They said go to the store which I did and got another number - NOTHING WORKING . HELP Thanks Pat

Their error makes it so difficult to shop at Macy’s. I just wanted to use a gift card I had gotten several years ago and it was a confusing mess! I was on the phone trying to get it straight.

You should go to the administration office and explain your situation. I am sure they will be more than happy to assist you.

if you have the receipt they should just take it back. They are normally pretty good about that
