How is the service dept?

Didn’t call back when told they would, didn’t fix car in time frame promised.

It's great if you have your entire day to waste waiting on your vehicle, or want to return 2 and 3 times for an oil change.

Set an appt. Arrived the night before to drop off (with a friend who'd drive me home). Glad I did. Talked to service advisor who said they wouldn't be able to look at it in a day. Would most likely be a couple of days, and they had some other trucks come in, so not sure when they'd even be able to get to it. They said they would call back with a loaner. That was 2 weeks ago. Tried calling and no response back. What's the point of making an appointment if they can't keep it. Other trucks should have been queued behind me. Difficult to get ahold of, don't call back. Seems like a recent problem, heard service used to be very good!

I have no problem with there service . One of the best around.

I own 3 fords and I take all of them to service there. I haven't had any issues with their service department.

Hasn't been good to me. Very hit or miss. I prefer Town and Country Ford.
