I have bought 3 F-150's here over 20 years. I asked for a loaner on a recall repair, was told no loaners for recalls. Said repair would take 2 days. Called 9am on 2nd day, was told they got parts in, shold repair and be back by afternoon. What the hell was the first day for, just to inconvenience me more? Might be time to switch teams!
No rental offered. Two recalls, two weeks to get done.
I had a recall on my F150 and it took 3 1/2 days to repair and did not get a loaner or a rental.
I don't know. I do know that when I had a repair that was going to take all day they gave me a car to drive until mine was ready to pick up.
It's extremely rare to get a rental here. I've had three warranty issues with my Ford and one recall, no rental or loaner would be provided. I took my car elsewhere
