Do you have any restaurants in the hotel?
Why did you remove the coffee makers from the rooms. Was it just to save money or was it also to inconvenience your guests?
We would like a car service to take us from OHARE airport to the Palmer House on August 1st approx. 2:00 We have reservations Juhlin/Markley at the Palmer House. Please advise , so we can make reservations. Do NOT want CTA Blue line.
How much is parking at the hotel?
The website shows to ask the front desk for alternate indoor swimming, but the registration desk attendant had no idea what I was talking about. Is there another pool nearby that the Palmer House guests use?
