Why did you remove the coffee makers from the rooms. Was it just to save money or was it also to inconvenience your guests?

A couple of years ago way before the pandemic we were in a cost contament situation and we had to eliminate certain products we supplied for the guest and coffee makers was one of those items

I’m on the Executive floor, am a Diamond HH and when I called down, they said none are available.

My room had a coffee maker but it's free in the restaurant also
