Can somebody tell me why they never answer the phone I've been trying to call to make an appointment and the phone call it doesn't even go through they hang up the phone why do they have them over there if they cannot help their own people useless

They just answer the phone for people who is in jail or are about to get deported

You have to make an appointment online, you can no longer set up appointment over the phone
