Since moving to Chicago in 1999, I had to visit the Consulate multiple times for all sorts of paperwork. Every single time they responded promptly and efficiently. Furthermore, my late mother perceived her pension through direct deposit and needed survival forms at periodic intervals: when her health declined, the responsible person (Maria Peters) went out of her way to make the remote checks as simple and easy as possible. Due to the recent changes in COVID related travel rules, I contacted several officials in mainland Argentina as well as the Argentinian embassy and the consulates in the US for our trip to Argentina. Chicago consulate had the most up to date website and were the most prompt and helpful in communications. Keep it up.
