We get a usps informed delivery email every day indicated what mail is to be delivered-yet we never get it on time? The following days no mailed delivery- June 30, July 2, July 5th all showings mail to be delivered. Might be the worst delivery service I have encountered in Vero beach. Tried calling the branch office to no avail-tried calling 15 times no answer They are useless

Worst carriers ever!! J so much mail in the box you can’t get it out, put keys to boxes for large packages and doesn’t put the package in the box. I am done with them! Going to find the postmaster!!

The lobby is open 24/7. You can pick up mail at your convenience with a few exceptions such things needing to be signed for or boxes too big for the box and can't fit into the lockers
Go to the post office and fill out a hold card or do it online at usps.com
Does it at least have company name? If so it might reach right destination but without a zip code might go to wrong office all together, hopefully you put a return address on it if so it could take a few weeks to return back to you
Yes. Just go to usps.com and check the menu. Mail hold is easy to complete.
Yes you can. They have different prices for different sizes.
