Well, you just have to call the embassy and they'll give you a appointment. For normal you get some papers to sign and you can go to get the passport.

Call the closest consulate. Google is your friend. I’ve found the consulates are very willing to help

I think you would need both your and your parents birth certificates maybe passport copies - I think you need the birth certificates from the parents and you or possibly a passport.
