All the things mentioned above. They have some really nice packages if you want to spend a little money. I plan on taking the wife there for our Anniversary. Or you can even pay for the grotto only which is less than $100 per person.

Spa and grotto, indoor and outdoor pools, bar and restaurant, outdoor grounds and reading nooks.

There is a restaurant and a coffee shop. The main Wharton is their spa which includes a complimentary grotto. The grotto has a huge hot tub (size of a small swimming pool), two saunas, steam shower and a scrub bar. Other than that, you probably need to go into Kansas City.
